Domain Information
Jinkaku.org is Hieica's... *counts on fingers* ...sixth domain collective to date. Way back in 2002 or 2003, I was given garnet-depiction.net as a gift from my mother. Garnet was my birthstone, and I depict things differently than most, so the name fit well enough. Not long after that, I wanted cream-soda.org, and I was given that one also. I had g-d.net for anime/manga related websites, and c-s.org for jrock related websites and fanlistings. When time came for those to expire, I decided instead to buy ensatsu.net and genkaku.org, for anime and jrock respectively. Those domains were hosted on Tengun, which ended up crashing and losing all information of my websites, and I therefore lost the names as they were bought through Tengun. I loved the name ensatsu.net in particular, and I really wish I could get it back now.
After a few months of moping, I purchased nanatsu.org through Netrillium. And one day, I went to my website to see that it had been replaced with a gambling and porn website. I was not pleased, yet Netrillium never responded to me, so I discontinued my membership with them, losing nanatsu.org in the process.
While I was looking for new hosts, my darling Kyuuzo gave me the link to cirtexhosting.com, and I was surprised to see the amount of space and other features provided for a small amount of money. I was able to register this domain, jinkaku.org as I purchased a standard hosting plan through them on July 10, 2007. So far, I have yet to experience any problems with them. I am very pleased.
As for the name, "jinkaku" can be translated as "split personality" or "divided". "Ensatsu" was a part of Yoshihiro Togashi's character Hiei's greatest attack, the Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuuha. "Genkaku" meant "illusion" or "mirage", and "nanatsu" was "seventh". Out of all of my previous domain names, I would wish for ensatsu.net and nanatsu.org back. But I am content with jin.org for now :)
